Edmonton Temple Audio Visual Upgrade and Landscape Improvement
The Edmonton Alberta Temple, completed in 1999, was Alberta’s second temple. In order to enhance the patron experience within the temples, the Church began a substantial upgrade of the current audio visual equipment within Canadian temples in 2021 and carrying through into 2022. The 2022 project included: audio visual and electrical renovations to several instruction rooms, involving substantial remodeling of the millwork, framing, and finishing work. Additionally, the project included interior gold leafing and wallpaper work, with a significant landscape renovation to the north access ramp, in order to heat the area for winter foot traffic.
