Edmonton Alberta Temple

Edmonton Temple Font Replacement

This Temple was one of a new generation of smaller temples to be completed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1999. As such, it has required periodic renovations to improve the mechanical and functional systems. The 2018 project included: a complete remodel and refreshing of the baptistry area, the laundry and change rooms, non-patron waiting area, front desk area, change rooms, bridal room, Presidents office, instruction rooms, and extensive renovations to the exterior east and southern landscapes. The work included the significant installation of a mono-pour, cast in place concrete font (the second renovation of its kind to be completed in Canada), complete boiler and mechanical upgrades, backup power inverter, and major exterior storm drainage upgrades with finish landscaping.
