Vancouver British Columbia Temple
Vancouver Temple Audio Visual Upgrade and Landscape Improvement
The Vancouver Temple was completed in 2010, representing a larger version of the new generation of smaller temples completed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. In order to enhance the patron experience within the temples, the Church began a substantial upgrade of the current audio visual equipment within Canadian temples in 2021 and carrying through into 2022. The 2022 project included: audio visual and electrical renovations to several instruction rooms, involving substantial remodeling of the millwork, framing, and finishing work. Additionally, the project included: interior gold leafing and wallpaper work, with minor landscape improvements.
